A man was arrested in Pattaya for driving under the influence, after causing an accident. At 3:06 am on April 28, the man crashed his car into five parked motorcycles on South Pattaya Road. The 24-year-old driver, Matthew, admitted to using ketamine and alcohol. During a search of the vehicle, a bag of white powder was found. The police detained the man for alcohol and drug testing. The suspect will be held accountable under Thai law.
