Thailand arrested a second foreign suspect in the investigation of the Bangkok explosion

Bangkok Post reports the arrest of a woman after the murder of her mother-in-law on Phuket. Various events have also been taking place in other regions of Thailand, including arrests related to extortion and searches for missing children. Specifically, five Indians were arrested for kidnapping compatriots for ransom in Pattaya, and two men during the investigation into the disappearance of Russian sisters.
