Thailand has arrested a second foreign suspect in the investigation of an explosion that occurred in Bangkok. According to Bangkok Post, police have arrested a suspect connected to the explosion that took place in central Bangkok. Currently, investigations are being conducted to establish all the circumstances surrounding the incident and determine its causes. Within other investigations in Thailand, various suspects have been arrested for different cases. Bangkok Post reports 16 arrests related to fake birth registrations, as well as an arrest of a man impersonating an official at the site of a tragic fire in Bangkok. Two Chinese nationals were also arrested on suspicion of thefts at Suvarnabhumi International Airport, and a key figure among the crew involved in heroin smuggling was also detained. Bangkok Post reports the arrest of a woman after the murder of her mother-in-law on Phuket. Various events have also been taking place in other regions of Thailand, including arrests related to extortion and searches for missing children. Specifically, five Indians were arrested for kidnapping compatriots for ransom in Pattaya, and two men during the investigation into the disappearance of Russian sisters. All these events reflect a wide range of criminal activity in Thailand and efforts by law enforcement agencies to combat it. Investigations are currently ongoing to ensure the safety of residents and visitors to the country.
